"I purchased the 5.45 treadmill on line. I paid the $50 to have it put in the room i wanted since it was going downstairs. But me and my 18 year old son easily lifted it out of the box. so if you have two people (at least one guy) save your $50 and have it left curbside. I did not purchase the assembly service. save your $50 for that, this treadmill is super easy to put together. I'm a 47 year old woman and did it by myself. All of the major components come assembled you just have to put on the handles and the plastic cosmetic parts of it. Only thing is -- use your own screw driver, the one they give you is less than adequate on the smaller screws. Treadmill is quiet and runs very smoothly. I'm glad I spent the money."

"Just received my 5.45 treadmill on 08/26/09. Easy to put together. Seems to be built very well. This treadmill is also very quiet. I could not give it 5 stars, due to the LCD panel does not light up. Why they didn't put a small LED light inside is beyond me. Other than that, it seems to be a great treadmill. I will do a followup in approximately one month."

"I read many reviews from different websites before deciding to purchase the Smooth 5.45 treadmill and am very pleased with the product. Because it is already mostly assembled and therefore very heavy, I would recommend choosing the purchase option to have it delivered to the room you plan to use it, as we ended up paying a couple of guys to move it from our garage to the room we wanted it."

Very Smooth Date: February 28, 2009
"This product was delivered to my apt. and was very very heavy (the delivery men struggled bringing it in). I had someone else set it up for me but they were done in about 30 minutes. This treadmill is fairly quiet and runs smoothly. At times it shakes or bounces a bit when the incline is up, which is a bit scary, but it's sturdy enough to keep me going. I've had it for a year now and am satisfied with my purchase. The downfall is that it should have came with a carpet (the wheels squeak when the treadmill bounces on an incline) and I have a small apt. so it is a bit bulky. But I love the product for it's price and quality and always recommend it as a great fitness tool for the home."
