"I had back surgery last year and have a lot of numbness still on one foot and still some back pain. I have been running on a teadmill for years and started again 3 months after surgery.

Pain in foot and back got bad again so I went back to the doctor. He told me to quit running and find another exercise. I asked about an Elliptical and he said that would be much better on my joints and foot.

First, it arrived in less than a week! Delievery guys took it upstairs right where I wanted it. I assembled it by myself in around 45 minutes.
Tried it for the first time last night and it's a much better workout than I anticipated. Like it better than the treadmill. It's light years more quiet (I don't have to turn the tv wide open!) and gave me a good workout.

Still playing around with the different programs, but so far, love the machine. Would recommend it for anyone looking for an alternative to running."

"I am extremely satisfied with my Smooth Fitness CE 7.4. I purchased it nearly two years ago and I still use it 3-4 times per week on days I don't play basketball. At the time of purchase, I decided to spend the extra money to get the "commercial" machine with the longer stride (I'm 6'3"), and I'm very glad I did. I actually prefer this machine to every other elliptical machine I've been on, including the top of the line Precors. I belong to a health club that offers a wide variety of machines. I very much like that it truly offers both a lower and upper body workout. This machine helped me lose 50 lbs. last year and I've kept the weight off now for 18 months. I find it very convenient to use in my home. I would absolutely recommend this machine to anyone seeking a durable, convenient, total body workout machine for thier home."

"I ordered the Agile DMT X1 on July 6, after a couple of months of researching elliptical machines. I realized that I'd exercise more and lose this 40 lbs I need to lose if I had an elliptical at home and could just get on it early in the morning or while I'm watching tv at night.

The ordering process was very easy, and I just had to wait for the machine. By myself, I'd have ordered the white glove delivery, but my husband, who's mechanically inclined, wanted to put the machine together, so I just had in-room delivery.

I was contacted on July 17 that the machine was in Minneapolis, and they wanted to deliver on Monday, the 20th between 10 and 2. I was at a dr appt when the delivery guys called at 9:45 saying they were here to deliver the machine.

My street's under construction, and it was a circuitous route to get the machine to the front door, but they were very professional and had the machine in our loft within a couple of minutes. I visually inspected the box, signed the paperwork, and they were off. A very easy process to get the machine delivered.

Due to work schedules, we didn't get to put the elliptical together till yesterday afternoon. We had it together in about 2 hours, and it wasn't too difficult, even for me, who's not terribly spatial!

I put it through its paces on the intensity interval workout this morning for 32 minutes. It's such a quiet machine that my husband, who wasn't even 10 feet away in bed, didn't wake up till I was struggling through the last interval on level 9 and was breathing heavier. :)

This is a whisper-quiet machine, which has so far been easy from ordering through delivery and assembly. I'm thrilled to have such a great machine, and I'd recommend it to anyone! Excellent job, Smooth Fitness! Thank you for a great product and great service!"

"this is such a good piece of machinery!! i absolutely love it. ive had 6 knee surgeries, and can no longer jog. this is the best i can do.and i work this machine as hard as i can. and it takes everything i can give it.if you really try, this is for sure a TOTAL body workout!! the only SLIGHT down side would be that i cant get the HEAVY breathing that i get with jogging, but thats to be expected.all in all i give this a 10 out of 10."
